Merino tights

Does anyone know where I can get good quality ladies' merino tights for a decent price?
I just had a cull of old tatty thermal tights and am looking to replace them with merino ones. I have a couple of those from Falke, they are lovely, very warm and soft, but at £29 a pair I thought I would look elsewhere instead.
I have seen some John Lewis own-brand at £16 and M&S do some Autograph ones at £9.50 I think, but I am not sure if either is of good quality or as warm.
Anyone owns a pair, and what brand do you prefer please?

Thank you, but they are still so expensive
. I might hang on a bit and see if they are reduced at some point. x 0 -
How about these? http://www.sockshop.co.uk/products/trasparenze_jennifer_merino_wool_tights/index.html
Quite a few colour choices, 70% merino wool and £15 seems a pretty decent price - I'm quite tempted to try a pair0 -
These look great! Thanks, I'll try a pair too
.
FWIW I got a pair of the M&S ones and they are not bad for the money.0 -

Have a mooch in the reduced section at Aldi. I bought a pair a couple of weeks ago for £7. It's doubtful, to be honest, if you'll get any this year, but they usually sell them a couple of times a year with tops to match. Colourwise they do black, or black! Think the original price was £17.0

Aldi and Lidl clothing sizes are usually far too large for me unfortunately.
I have to say though, I am a convert to the M&S ones! They are warmer than my old falke, so comfy and very presentable with a dress or skirt too! Yay the search is over, I am stocking up

Hope you got them in the sale....;)0 -
No they are not in the sale, but at 1/3 of the price of a pair of Falke I'm not complaining

Sorry to jump on your thread but my question is tight related. Does anyone know the best tights with the tightest waist/pant part (to hold my flab in)!
Thanks xThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
