NowTV box & 1 month Sky Movies pass free + £1.02 after cashback

Options
Now TV are doing a free one month movie pass worth 8.99 if you buy one of their boxes for £9.99.

I wanted to upgrade my oldish TV so I could watch catch up tv (BBC iplayer, Demand 5 & 4OD) on it. I opted for a NowTV box after reading reviews both on MSE and on the Gadget Show (WiFi needed)

I purchased one via Topcashback (tracked instantly) who are offering £2.02 on the purchase of a £9.99 box.

On the email invoice there is a link to a free one month pass of Sky movies worth 8.99.

So it means that I am £1.02 UP on the deal! :j

There are other apps you can access on NowTV like facebook and you can download other favourite apps too.

The free movies pass is valid for one month (just remember to set a reminder to cancel near the end of the free trial so you don't get charged)

Movies on this month include:

Oz: The Great and Powerful - 20 Dec
Wreck-It Ralph - 24 Dec
Iron Man 3 - 25 Dec
Total Recall: The Director's Cut (2012) - 26 Dec
A Good Day to Die Hard - 27 Dec
Star Trek Into Darkness - 3 Jan
The Host - 10 Jan

:heartpuls Gains & £'s saved..Far too many to mention! Needless to say I LOVE MSE! :heartpuls

Via HDMI (cable included) or I believe there is an A/V option (booklet states "A/V port- Connects your NOWTV Box to a tv with an A/V cable 3.5mm to RCA" -- must purchase separately).

Thanks OP for posting, I am glad to see cashback tracked for you, I did 3 different transactions (2 boxes and Entertainment pass) on 2 different cash back sites and not a single one tracked. Every merchant before and after did so was convinced NOW TV were rubbish at cashback lol.

I read the reviews too on Topcashback (TCB) so I made sure that directly prior to making the purchase I signed out of TCB and cleared my cookies & history then opened up TCB logged back in & made the purchase. I always do this when using cash back sites and - touch wood - cashback always tracks for me :D

You can also 'jailbreak' these boxes to add extra features not included as standard.

  • I am soooo glad I opted for the Now TV box! :D

It was a doddle to set up & has been a boon to watch catch up TV on. Several of my friends and family have now gone on to buy one after seeing mine in operation & how small & compact it is.

The Sky Movies free for a month was just a bonus! :j

If like me, you fancy catch up TV but don't want to tie into a long contract with anyone or buy an expensive smart TV then I can highly recommend this fab, bargain gizmo! :D
