I've had the same prob several times, if I ask to use codes from the website, they look at me like I smell, and then ask "do you mean a LyB card?" Even if I show them the page they act even more bemused/terrified. It no wonder peeps don't shop instore

I am another one with problems checking out. I can't even look at my basket without getting an error. I thought I would try early in the morning when it was less busy but it is still the same problem. They have lost an order because most of the bits I wanted are out of stock now so I will spend the money somewhere else.

My first ever post so here goes...

I went into the Bodyshop yesterday with my teenage daughter so that she could buy some gifts for her friends. All the stock advertised online at half price was full price instore so I asked the assistant if the offer was still on online. She said yes but that actually to save us waiting for our order she could sort that out in store so immediately gave us 50% discount off everything in store apart from the shop made up gift baskets. A great saving of more than £30 for us! :j

I didn't have a code / card or anything. She just took the 50% off at the till.
Hope this helps someone else.

This is working with already existing codes, I used the £10 off £30 one.

I ordered 2 x ginger sparkle body wash, 2 x ginger sparkle body wash, 2 x ginger body polish which would have originàlly come to £64.

My basket was £21 with free delivery which I thought was pretty good!

I haven't tried the other codes as the code box has typically dîsdpeared, but there is also a 50% off code hanging around.

Oh I have no qualms on about it being a good deal I think it did initially say it was a glitch though, and the post has since been edited. You can usually use codes when they have a sale I think, hence me being confused what was glitchy about it

Thanks. Have ordered 9 items for £25 inc delivery. Got a couple of birthdays in January so this is now sorted. Takes ages thou to get codes to load on Body Shop site but worth persevering
