Need a loan - homeowner but no salary
Comments
-
Hi
I am a homeowner. I need to get a loan out for investment - upto a maximum of 50% of the home value, but I have no fixed salary (except the rent that comes from the property).
Is this possible?
The words loan and investment don't go together, any investment you make is not going to cover the interest that you pay on the loan (unless someone is offering you something dodgy).
But to answer your question, a BTL mortgage on the rental property might be an option.0 -
