I'm off to Lakeland this morning to buy a couple of those new hemisphere baking tins. Not money saving at all. But I can't wait to try them out. Has anyone here got them? Are they easy to use?

I have them. They are very good, but make sure that you grease them properly, and also, I found that I needed prop it with foil balls otherwise, as the mixture rises, it can tip to one side, which results in it either going all over the oven, or a very uneven cake!0
