I am sure I am not alone in this.. but now when comping you have to trawl through pages and pages of Raffelcopter competitions, which correct me if I am wrong.. aren't very popular...
.. anyone else agree?
Perhaps they could be on a sticky so that those people who like these comps and want to join, could find them there? They really do seem to clog up the main board.
As an aside - have we any winners?
Just looks like junk to me.....

I think we have lots of winners from them. I reckon the odds are quite good if you tweet daily.0

I'm with you on this Mips, I cant stand them, people do win though, I just haven't got the time/patience/willpower to enter them.StayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0

It's all down to personal preference. I've done them in the past and had some good wins from them. Others don't do Twitter or Facebook comps. I personally feel Like & Share comps or comps for baby items clog up the board just because I don't enter those ones
May you all have lots of luck, Emma xx0 -
And 'in the past' means up until 1st december when i dropped them to do Advents instead :rotfl:

Added a poll anyways:cool:0

I vote No ! - Keep them on the main board, I think everything should go there so things don't get hived off into another part of the forum and missed. Just ignore them if you don't want to enter like I ignore 80% of the comps anyway?
Yes they are not as 'popular' which is why you should maybe try and enter them. The odds are good, better than 1 in 500 in most cases.
Last Christmas I won a Forman & Field hamper on a rafflecopter that included 'everything' for a Christmas dinner except the veggies.
Free Range Bronze Turkey, all the trimmings, mince pies, Wine..the lot!
I have been instructed by my Mum to win a Turkey again this year ....hope it's not going to be a new family tradition I am starting lol0 -

Like purpleskull says, some people don't do facebook comps or twitter comps. If you start to separate one you have to separate them all or it just isn't fair.
I don't enter comps for kid stuff but I'm not going to demand everyone who wants to enter them has to look around for a sticky hidden away somewhere because clicking a red cross is an inconvenience to me.0 -
I don't enter RC comps because I just don't have the time for 10 different actions and sometimes a daily RT as well but that doesn't mean it should be hidden away. Sometimes they might have good prizes that I WOULD take the time/effort to enter but if they were hidden away in another section, I wouldn't see them. You'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel0

I too cba with trawling through them most of the time, but now we have the green tick / red cross, ignoring comps you're not interested in is much easier than it used to be.
That said, I've won a £50 Amazon voucher, Tassimo machine and a case of wine on Rafflecopters by being selectiveJust as I am with all the other comps I enter
A lot of debate has already raged, so I'd urge folk not to vote hastily. It has been overwhelmingly agreed, after much angst, that ALL comps should be posted on the main board so that they were accessible to all who use the forum, regardless of their style of comping. This is the purpose of this forum. (And this is far, far too similar to the mags debate that's caused so much upset)
Rafflecopters have already been separated from other Dailies and have their own thread in Regs here. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4827174
If we changed this basic concept, where would it end? There are lots of low value DVD comps, holiday comps that can't be taken during school holidays, baby prizes, Waterstones card holders etc etc that are ignored by many, but all have a legitimate place on the main board.
Just my twopenn'orth...Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
