Has anyone bought with this Trader?
I was looking for a good deal on an AM04 Dyson Heater. This Trader offer an AM04 for £250 - they are £299 on the Dyson Site. They said that they are £399 so giving £150 saving!
However, when it arrived (after 3 weeks) it was actually a Refurbished heater with only 1 year warranty rather than 2 years. Refurbished AM04s are available from £180 on the internet.
When I contacted them, they said it was a "mistake" but they wouldn't offer a reduction in the price - they did offer 18% off, if I bought something else!
They did say they would amend the site but it has not changed as yet.
Don't get taken in by this deal - they will probably change the site eventually but after the Christmas period when they have hooked some buyers!
If they can make "mistakes" on the Dyson heater they may well have made "mistakes" on others. Be warned!

I sent a message to gobargain to try to clarify if the Dyson heater is new or not. They have NOT replied so it looks that they are Refurbished. The product description does not say refurbished.
I will not be placing an order.

I put a feedback on the heater several days ago. It was not shown initially but it has just appeared but has been heavily edited to remove most of my remarks. The full text was:
The Dyson products are stylish and very well designed. The AM04 supplied is a Grade B/Refurbished by Dyson. The price of £399 is odd- a new AM04 from Dyson is £299 with a 2year warranty. This one comes with a 1 year!. GObargain say they will amend the description but it’s not been done yet! We had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and are still annoyed it’s not new.
GObargain don't seem to realise that misleading customers in the way can be commercial suicide as they will lose public confidence in the company!

Not sure who you are but the site does not say Refurbished. My remarks have been edited and not what I said.

Dawnraider it says 'refurbished to a new standard' in the description. They've obviously added this since you bought from there.

It really shows what an untrustworthy company Gobargain.co.uk are to not only tamper with a customer's review but to post on a well respected web site like Money Saving Expert posing as a satisfied customer.

Shame on you Gobargain.co.uk.

Yes, they said it was a mistake by a "trainee" that it wasn't on the description.

I wonder what "-Dyson refurbished to a new standard-" is supposed to mean! The heater arrived with Grade B/Refurbished on the box - and a warranty of 1 year rather than 2.
