Hey guys, just had a loan accepted and had the email through, I have to sign the agreement and send it back. Reading through it, it says in the terms and conditions :

[*]The completion of the application and agreement documentation does not imply acceptance by Creation Consumer Finance Limited, which reserves the right in its absolute discretion to decline acceptance, without giving any reasons for doing so, and without incurring liability whatsoever. We will tell you when we have accepted your application.

Does this mean I have been accepted or not? As I want to put a deposit on a car im taking the loan out for and don't want to do it if I get rejected now?

yes you were accepted, they do it that way
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Any idea how long it takes to pay-out after they receive my signed agreement?

Actually it doesn't mean acceptance, that clause is put there so if they uncover something after signing of the agreement by yourself they can still decline the credit facility.

It's very rarely used as most checks are done pre agreement buts its a legal'esque clause to cover their !!!.
