Website for concert tickets

Due to a misunderstanding between a friend and myself, he bought two tickets for The Police concert in Dublin in October (1 for me, 1 for him) instead of the three he should have bought (another one for my OH).
One of us is in deep kaka unless we can source another ticket, but I don't want to have to pay an extortionate price for it.
Someone told me about a website where people will advertise spare tickets at face value rather than trying to rip off others on ebay or the like, but they didn't know what it was called.
Anybody here ever heard of it?
