Tax efficient way to cash in employers share scheme

in Cutting tax
I've been looking on line to try and figure out how I can release the cash
Basically I've invested £15k in the scheme in total over 5 years
The value has gone up to £95k
If I cashed it in I assume I'd get £15k (original funds) + £10.9k tax free annual allowance
What tax would I pay on the difference?
I understand I can also gift £10.9k to my spouse to use their tax free allowance
I've read some where I could inject finds into a stocks and shares isa £10.2k
How quickly could I cash in a s&s isa?
Obviously I could also wait till next April and get the £10.9k annual capital gains again
Is there better ways to reduce tax liability here
I know I've done really well and shouldn't be greedy but don't really want to lose loads of it on tax but I understand the risks of shares
Regards and thsnks in advance

Spreading the sale out over several years to use up each year's CGT allowance is a good way to do it.
What "scheme" was it - there may be different rules for HMRC approved sharesave schemes (although not sure about that)We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.
We belong to the Earth0
