Barclays resolve loan
Hi all I'm a newbie so go easy one me
I took out a £15000 loan in 2004 and lost my job therefore defaulted. to cut a long story short I now have a resolve loan which I don't agree with. I requested signed copy's for both loan agreements as I've been told I am not paying interest but the (true copy?) agreement states I am. I've found my own original details and the amount ive been stated and the amounts shown on the supposedly true copy's of my credit agreements do not match....where do I stand with this.
Any help is greatly appreciated
