Cheers VT. Yeah it's based on the Truffle Shuffle from the Goonies. They do lots of tshirts and 80s memorabilia. My luck seems to have changed lately so that's nice.

you are so right - any diet should be as varied as possible. although i'm not a fussy eater i never eat the same meal more than twice a week
