Ts mag had a coupon for 50 points which took 50p off the bill (it doesn't anymore)

Some of us :o went to cs to get points added on top of the discount :money:

They operate a loyalty points scheme similar to mcvities. I think 7 packs gets you a £5 shopping voucher (but they're subject to availability)
    thank u xx

I was going to get some cheap own-brand chocolate today for baking, but I think I'll wait till Saturday and pop into Lidl:)

I can't believe my Mum! She's spent a bloody fortune on the Christmas shopping and hasn't even got the turkey yet! Basically she's spent so much we may as well never have had the £75 voucher. She got me loads of cider (we have tons of booze already and I don't really drink) and party food I didn't ask for. The £75 off was supposed to make our shop cheaper but she's overcompensated so much it's just a normal (expensive) shop.

Just when I thought I was getting through to them
    I feel your pain Emma!!

My mum asked me to order my niece something from t direct, I told her she could use her vouchers and double them...

"Too late" she replied "I used the vouchers off my shopping tonight because I couldn't find anything":mad:

Both me and my sis still buy nappies for the little ones and mum knows I double £5 to get the £10 baby voucher!!

Good afternoon all of you. I can feel the frustrations and can so relate to these 2 posts......

Lets just say over the last few years my Mum has had a stroke, 'smashed' a wrist (major injury), had a knee replacement, had cancer, broke her thigh which was pinned, that failed so was replaced with total hip replacement and we have come close to loosing her due to a number of infections on a number of occasions. She's still not back on her feet yet STILL she tries to rule the world and think she can run everything. Not only is she getting gifts for every friend she has, but some of them also their children and Grandchildren!!!! Doesn't matter how many times I tell her I will get her whatever she needs, she still gets my poorly Dad to struggle out with her so she can pick things up for 'the sake of it', and pay sky high prices too!!!!!
My sis added to this on the phone just now.... she had said she wanted some Dove stuff, and was going to get some for Mum to wrap her up for Christmas, but thought when I took her to A's on tuesday the 2 boxes for £8 in A's were overpriced..... (Yes they are.) I said i'd get her Dove stuff for Mum to wrap, so after spotting a glitch, (which prob won't work anymore) managed to get the 2 boxes for £3.60 last night. Anyway, sis just called and said she'd got Dove stuff in Boots yesterday to give to Mum.:mad::mad: Oh well, at least I have sisters next Birthday pressie sorted for March :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

:o Why oh why don't our families listen! :o

Hope all goes well.PC49 is 14 so he is getting on a bit.

Sam is 15 - supposedly :). He is a rescue - as are all my cats - and was found wandering around the bus station and only about 6-7 weeks old. I fostered him for RSPCA while they tried to find who he belonged to as he looked a pedigree British Blue but nobody ever came forward. So he found his forever home with us <3

Yesterday the 2 for £8 boxes were £6 each and OOS on mys for A's, no offer showing.... they went from that to 2 for £8 but still showing OOS, now they are back to what they said yesteday. :o I would keep an eye on them and if they stay as they are till later it may well work like my shop from last night? (posted just before 12.30am.) Its a shop against S's, won't match T's due to the 2 for 1 with different prices on things in that offer, so will show N/A.
I think it will be a hope and see, so may be best to get low value sweets you can use with the sets, or stuff you know is cheap but N/A agains S, so you can return sets if glitch fails.

This post is for people living in Norfolk. Nominate someone deserving for a hamper.
    :j:T:j

Do you know someone deserving who would appreciate a Christmas Hamper delivered free to the door next monday. People can be nominated for various reasons, hard up, had a hard year, poor health, done lots for others, ect etc.

An organisation I know details of still has spare hampers and are unbelievably short of nominations.

I don't want to post the details directly on here but if you know someone in this area please PM me for details.... I know many folk just lurk, well you are welcome to PM me if you think you can put a good case forward for someone. :A

:A Should have said you don't need to send me details of why you want to nominate, just ask me for the link to a nomination form. :A
