Sorry you have had bad news, hope your ok x

    Thanks Bubbs,
One was originally good news, I was offered a brand new housing association place, signed contract 4pm Friday, thought about it over weekend & decided tostruggle on with mortgage to stay in my own home. Rang them 8.30 Monday morning to cancel. Today they rang to say they want 28 days notice & I'm liable for the rent. Haven't even got the keys!!:eek:
Second news is potentially devasting relating to close family member
:(:( can't get my head around it yet, not really sinking in.

I would take some advice in relation to the tenancy, there is a number of really good charities that will be able to help you.
