i also heard a crashing noise today. it was nothing to do with the weather - it came from the bathroom. i have quite a large one and had stacked 6 columns of nouvelle there. they become unsteady when the columns gets to a certain height and so had fallen over.

oh the hardships of a couponers life :)

I have to close the spare room door when we have visitors now. Most of my stash is hidden, but no way I can hide that amount of loo roll, I think we now have 2 years' supply (unless the kids come and help themselves again :))

    Look at this

    www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/consumer-rights-refunds-exchange

The sale of goods act says that when goods are faulty within 6 months it is up to the store to prove they weren't faulty when you bought them.

I had a similar issue with Argos when a TV went kaput within 5 months....I DID get a new one despite them offering only a repair to begin with

    Excellent post, treddlie. :)
    Hope is not a strategy.

Windy here in Mid Suffolk, I'm sitting in the warm with my feet up.

    Still no smilies :(

Forgot to say earlier, I went to Ipswich this morning called at BS as it was my birthday (wink wink)

    then

on to collect from M&S :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
