My SIL had this and ended up in Hopsital in great pain and had to have it surgically removed! they didn't know what it was at 1st and dismissed it as stomach ache/ period pain etc..2 hospital stays later and good amount of time off work, it was removed!

The more I think about this the more worried I am getting. It's a pity she is not closer to us, we have 3 a and e within a 20 min drive of us so we would insist she went to one of them.
Think I will send a text to get her to go back in tommorows

I got the creamy mash but the 3 for 2 didn't come off. CS said it wasn't part of 3 for 2 as it had Finest meal deal logo on it even though it's exactly the same product. If you bought the 'ordinary' Finest mash would the meal deal work or is there potential for DTD?

You need the mash from the 3 for 2 shelf, do not pick up the ones that have finest meal deal in the top left corner.
