I had a text message today. It read "can you talk"

So you know it's gonna be not good news

My stupid brother who has been off sick for the last 5 weeks and only getting ssp of around £70 a week has fallen so far behind the payments in his car they're threatening to repossess it. If my parents would have had to help him out, they'd have had to have taken out a loan :(

So bank of QoC to the rescue again  clearly I'm a soft touch. But he's gone back to work now so has no excuse.

But it is only thanks to you bunch of nutters that I am able to help him out, so from me, my parents and my brother, thank you :D

Same. Missed it by about half an hour too! Gutted.

In the meantime I've made up a couple of hampers and I'm quite pleased with them!

Baskets were 75p in a charity shop, cellophane 99p, ribbon 99p and tinsel filling 99p :) Full of glitchy items. A tea and biscuits hamper for an aunt and uncle and a wine and chocolate hamper for my cousin.

My mental age is 19! 31 years younger! :j

Probably because I keep in touch with the kids and their friends by chattering away in their language. Texted DS2 last night with "only 2 sleeps til I see you" which amused him greatly.

I had an MSE moment in M&S today, yes really M&S... they have got Swiss choc boxes big flat ones 585g for half price at £7 and on the shelf underneath was the same choc, half the size for £8  So along comes a muggle and picks up the £8 box, I catch his eye and say "don't buy that! These are much bigger and cheaper!"

Job done, muggle actually listened to me and didn't run off crying like they often do when a MSE-er approaches. I think he was actually chuffed with his "bargain"! I got one too, these chocs are absolutely gorgeous and I had a bespoke voucher burning a hole in my pocket.

Oh and Aau1 I managed to get more Walnut Whips from pass the parcel ;););) Oh and 10 more Nouvelle and some Alpro. Not a bad day!
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

He may be stupid, but at least he is facing up to his problems rather than hiding from them.

Had a lovely MSE day today :D

Arrived at work and got given a bunch of flowers by the school headmaster :D for the wonderful Christmas dinner on Tuesday ,then he asked how my day trip went yesterday. The other 3 staff got their flowers yesterday.

Went to Mr T's after work and did a normal shop with a few packs nouvelle toilet rolls in shopping. Shopping came to £54-23 but I was  after coupons I had to pay 8p :j:j best shop yet by me.

Then came home and postie had delivered a bright yellow kids swimming type back bag with i'm fuelled by California Raisins wrote on it and a girl on her scooter. Inside bag was a leaflet and 3 raisin samples 2 bags 25g and a miniature box :T

My kids often says act your age!! Forever singing and dancing around the house, I don't give two monkeys who can hear me:rotfl:

I have a fantastic voice, even though others don't agree. Perhaps if Simon Cowell told me, I would accept it.

You only live once, enjoy it:)
