Sounds like a fab day CC, even the thought provoking parts.

I have cooked a gammon in coke (puffs chest out :D) trust me, if I can do it...anyone can!

I do hope you have a great time in Spain over Christmas. You deserve it. You sound very happy :)

Thank you fc I am now. Really looking forward to spending tomorrow with dd. We having our traditional xmas eve lobster cooked with mum's recipe (oriental style). Won't be as good as hers but can't break tradition even if it's early.

Holiday is needed as last 6 months having been troubling & very upsetting at times. Hope you have the best xmas too x

    Evening peeps. :)

Good day and bad day today!
Bad - I had a couple of fits last week, one was where i couldn't stop my legs from shaking and the other started the same but, in my wifes words, 'I was gone' eyes rolled back and slapping me done nothing, (except i think she enjoyed slapping me)! :rotfl: Paramedics were called and I had to go in hospital for scans.Well, today I get a call from hospital to say they think they've found 'something',. So I'm booked in for a further scan on the 19th. I knew that fall was going to lead to something. :o

Good - I had the T's Orchard meat vouchers today and used the lot in 1 transaction. :D £12.50 of a nice lump of £4kg finest pork. Cost me 12p. :j
    Oh, and another 12 nouvelle t/rolls. :D

Scamps, sorry to hear this, take care and hope they sort it out for you.

Well, after months and months of trying to get DH to let us have a dog. My friend is going away for 2 weeks over Christmas and I have offered to look after her springer x poodle, he is 12 months old and lovely. DH is happy so he tells me, so this is a great opportunity for him to grow to love a dog and who knows we may get one after Christmas, fingers crossed everyone please.
