    hi all:)

would love to have someone in real life to share deals etc with, people at work just laugh and ask what bargains i've got lately and others just ask me to show them the freebies and give up when have to look at several websites, fill in details lots of times:cool:
DH leaves most of online shopping for me, think only thing he has done is when ebay have those £5 voucher codes

That's how I feel a lot of the time with a secret life :) maybe we should all have decreet badges so we can spot each other in supermarkets :rotfl:or like The Mentalist "Tiger Tiger" hehe. I don't bother to tell anyone in real life about the offers, they aren't interested and the couple of people that I did tell I kinda feel a bit used by them so don't tell them anymore, but occasionally I will forget and open my mouth and then think why did I tell them! The only one I tell is my Mum but she's with me most of the time so just do it for her, there's a lot of give me your phone for the O2 offers :), DH likes the free stuff and cheap stuff but doesn't partake just leaves it to me which I prefer, I sign him up for vouchers etc and he's good as a team member for holding stuff, if there's a Boot's sale i'm weighing up to take him or not with my Mum just so he can hold stuff :) although not buying lots this year just stuff for ourselves decided to cut the present list down A LOT for next Christmas. Anyhow i'm rabbiting on now. :)

Just looked at mine - was supposed to expire 21 November but when I signed in the £20 was still there. Used other half's card at Bank in Birmingham on the 2 courses for £15 menu, paid the extra £13 for the 2 of us (they added 10% service charge) - was a huge portion, neither of us could eat it all and was absolutely delicious. Meant to go back, to use mine, but time got the better of us - looks like there may still be a chance.

Thanks, OH also has one which doesn't expire til next Wed, so will try and persuade him to take a trip there this weekend (will be the Bham one too). Did you try to use both cards at the same time? I'm sure I read somewhere that people had used 2 cards on the same bill for 2 people?

I am very surprised, I thought you needed to be 10% over plus 3 to get booked, so the lowest on a 60mph road should be 60+6+3=69 and you wouldn't get booked at 68.

I don't think it's 10% OF the limit. it's percentage of your speed OVER the limit. My calculator makes that 13.33333.....%. I think that's right?

    hello folks

dont know if anyone can help but am really annoyed

in telford i entered a 60mph road from a slip road and a speed camera van has clocked me at 68 but i cant see how he has as i must have been 100ft away from van with him only seeing the back of me

    file:///C:/Users/sarah/Downloads/stirchley%20interchange%20telford%20-%20Google%20Maps.htm

unsure if you can see but i came off on the right side slip road too do a job then re-entered on the left slip road the camera van on the bridge

had i have gone under flyover and been caught fair enough but im confused how he can do me from so far behind me

i think i just gotta swallow this but any advice as to where to complain even after taking awareness course

Have you previously done the speed awareness course? If so (within the last 3 years) you won't be eligible for it
  • So agree with our secret life!
My bf came back from co-op the other day with a bag full of stuff. He was beaming, you'd be so proud if me, he said, I got some Jaffa cakes for £1!
!!!!!!, could have got 100 packs for that the other month!!:mad:
He was passing so thought he'd help, he is now banned from helping!!

ive already said ill take on chin it was more where i was caught i cant understand how i could get upto 68 and be caught 100 yards away from van where i entered carriage way

What's the complaint? you were doing 68 in a 60 on the slipway, you're lucky it only a fine you ended up with. I see pish poor driving every day and 99.99% accidents are caused by driver error but it would seem speeding is condoned on here.:(
