Anyone reckon thats a phishing mail? I havent ordered anything from very for a long long time.

A good but not foolproof sign whether an email is genuine is that they will address you by name (since they know your name from when you registered); spam/phishing emails often start 'Dear Customer' or similar.
But anyway, they've got a bit of a cheek, asking you to ring them and then not giving you a freefone number:mad:
