    Email them and ask if it was them. Do not call the 0844 number as it can be a very expensive number in disguise. That is not the number they have on their website either.

    I have dark mousey blonde hair, died as light as I can get it and use JF sheer blonde shampoo and conditioner, which is purple but the purple in it takes any brassiness out of the blonde
