Chocs, if it is completely not working, then the list posted before is your best bet. If it's some keys still working and it's a laptop then just check that the num lock isn't on (on a laptop you'll notice that some of the letters have numbers on too activated by pressing Fn and Num Lk), and I have seen this cause problems especially at logon screens.
