I don't know if any of you remember but I don't have a good track record transporting bottles of fizzy pop.
Did another coke shop today and stupidly as boot is full of mum's stuff for charity and 9 bottles from yesterday I put todays haul on back seat.
One bottle fell off head first and exploded while I was driving had to pull over and get it out was going off like a fire extinguisher but not before soaking the carpet in the car.
The one I have trouble with is those large Tiger Baguettes (bad enough in sunny weather let alone rain). But, yes, bottles of anything, Coke, bleach - I've learnt the hard way from ruining something else before.0 -
Right I best go clear up the kitchen before dinner, Mr TS is a messy cook but it is always delicious so I don't mind being kitchen maid.0

Didn't stay positive for long :rotfl:Savvybuyer wrote: »I think this will continue to work tomorrow (don't shop late in the day though) as long as you also check the receipt the same day. Don't wait on it and, ideally, I'd be checking the receipt before midday (which implies shopping before 9am) although it may well continue through till 4 or 5pm, getting more risky obviously.
Sunday may well be the last day of M offers but that's irrelevant. It's a glitch so it hasn't picked up M's offer correctly in any event. The bacon has been on 2 for £4 in M for 'ages'. Even if the same pricing applies in M tomorrow, doesn't mean the glitch will continue though (and indeed it's unlikely to continue). It's specific to last Wednesday's price collection, which is used all weekend and still applies into Monday (even on offers that have then expired in M itself) - applies until the price collection, done on Monday, gets updated into the system. That will, almost doubtless, change the M price and pick up the correct M price:( (or even miss the M mbuy:(:(). What you want is to beat the updating of the new price collection into the system. You're wanting the current price collection (last Wednesday's) to still apply and for the price collection done during tomorrow not to be updated into the system yet when you check the receipt. The Monday price collection probably starts filtering through from Tuesday onwards. That said, I still won't risk Monday night!Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
