Parents got shop to exactly £40 but 25% off wine came off first reducing the total and meaning they couldn't use the money off without buying more wine. They did and still got a discounted shop but it wasn't as good as hoped.

Is this normal? I thought you could still use the vouchers if the total before discounts was on or over the required amount.

In both Ts and Sainsbobs, vouchers can only be used if the total spend is equal to or over the conditional spend after all discounts have been taken off.

    Thanks Ts :)

If I'd been with them I would have told them to top up with clothes but never mind. Learning curve for all of us!

    Afternoon :)

It's taken me ages to catch up. hadn't logged on even though DS2 woke me up at 6am ......to tell me he didn't fancy a walk this morning. Think we need to start working on him not needing me to be up when he gets up at weekends, it's killing me :o
I also committed that shameful sin of not taking my make up off before I went to bed last night :o:o and he kindly told me how awful I looked this morning

Hope izzy is feeling better soon

    TS  at your kettle.

Hope everyone else is well. I can't face the shops at weekends at the minute. Just too busy, so I'm staying put today :)

I should try it more often, he might be reluctant to drag me out of bed at such unsociable hours then :p:rotfl::rotfl:
