Twitter comp help please!

My first time at posting a comp and I've fallen at the first hurdle!!!
I've read the guide but I can't work out how to get the URL from my twitter - is it as I'm on an iPad? Or am I being a bit dim....?
Also, I'm not 100% sure I should be posting it myself? I work at the place running the competition, and having read the rules I can see that's not allowed however it's an NHS stop smoking service so in no way am I personally benefiting financially or otherwise from the competition. (Except maybe getting brownie points for suggesting a competition & social media!)
So I guess my questions are in reverse:
1) an I allowed to post the twitter comp
2) how do I get the URL to do so

Hi, you haven't made enough posts yet to be able to make URLs, the exact number needed isn't stated, but it won't be many more.
