Double sided Velcro tape?

Can you get this anywhere, I havn't seen any but, I need some to fasten my jacket hood together as it is too big and blows off in the wind.

I don't think there's any such thing. Velcro is two strips which cling together. You pull the two strips apart, sew one piece one side of your hood and the other on the other side and then when put together they stick again. Just google Velcro images.
Any haberdashers should have it; buy by the yard in a variety of widths/colours.0 -
Actually, there is such a thing as double sided Velcro - just one example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2m-x-20mm-BLACK-Re-usable-Double-Sided-Velcro-Type-Tape-One-Wrap-Cable-Ties-/400613963421?pt=UK_Computing_Cable_Ties_Organisers&hash=item5d4673f69d but I don't think it would be any good for your jacket hood renegade
(not unless you wrap it all around your neck like a scarf - hang on, a scarf would work!!
) It does work well as cable ties though. 0
