Cahoot Flexi Loan
I only just picked the threads up concerning re-imbursement of interest by Santander literally this afternoon.
Are they still paying out refunds or have I missed the boat?
I took a loan out in May 2004 for £5980. I have never missed a payment with them or any other loan or credit card I have ever had.
Would appreciate any advice that might be out there.

Not much success recently, however you won't get a penny unless you pursue a complaint.0

Complain to Santander then the FOS when they reject it. So you have exhausted the official complaints process. You are very unlikely to get any money back via this route.
Currently someone is looking to take Santander to court.:beer:0
