Robo - form?

I've seen these mentioned, can some one enlighten me please?
Are they easy to use, and easy to find and does it make entering quicker?

quick thing those using firefox can just add a form filler 'add-on' on

You don't have to have roboform. You can select the autofill option in your 'internet options' on your computer. I've been comping like this for years and it's served me OK.
