If you click on the Business Cards link at the bottom of the landing page in the OP's link you'll see a charge.
If you click on the 'free business cards' link on the right hand side of the page it should show as free.

Yes - a large wad of postcards arrived today using my photo - totally free - quality is OK- no frills - reverse side is plain with their logo at the bottom.
