I might not be able to go either now, as hubby's work are being funny about letting him take ONE day annual leave from his 4 nights on!!

Will definitely give it to a regular poster if not able to go.

I applied for tickets was told they'd be with me 5 days before event. I didn't receive a confirmation email so got in touch with Nick Jr to ask them to confirm my order. They have just emailed me back telling me I was unsuccessful!!!!! I am so annoyed and just sent them an email back telling them how dissapointed I am and annoyed that I've got to tell my little ones that they can't go.:mad:

sammie3008, that's awful. I think the server was going down whilst trying to complete an order, but when I mentioned this in my email, they said there was no reported problems

Were you able to print off the confirmation from the site?

I hope you can sort something out with them

I have just had a reply to my email from nick jr saying if i send them a copy of my confirmation email they well sort out my tickets. I stated in my first email to them that i hadn't received one but my application had gone through 'Your order has been processed and you will receive tickets 5 days before the event'. So not got a clue how I can prove to them that i had been successful.

I have just recieved another email from them saying your application for Jump up tickets has been unsuccessful!!!! Only over a week late. Surely there is a technical fault on there side and it is not me that has the problem!:mad:
