As Ed Balls pointed out, less than a third of married couples will actually get it.

yeah that was totally worth it.
I love how all policies now come with "fine print" after the headline.
Oh well, don't really want the state having anything to do with marriage anyway.
Not that I am bothered because according to George today, things are absolutely wonderful out there :T0
