    Just because you don't sleep together doesn't mean anything as far as DWP are concerned, it is far more in depth than that such as who does the household chores, childcare arrangements, socialising, etc.

    I've read the comments and acted accordingly. She had an interview with someone from housing while I was in the other room so the council must know whats going on except they didnt think to ask me :-(

    you need to find out if she has declared you living there, why didnt you mention it to the housing officer when he/she was there ? You should go down to the council and speak to someone cause if she is commiting benefit fraud you are part of it whether you knew about it or not :o

    If you are both on benefits then you could put in for a joint claim and be legal, seems like she is saying she is a lone parent to get extra money.

    The person walked past me I said hello she looked so scared . I said goodbye to her when she left. I would expect she 'd have asked who I was.
    Theres a lot I darent say here but thanks for the help and concern :)
