cheapest quote to Bahamas is £157.00
for a 10 kg parcel, I have used many times my own UPS ,at approx. half the cost most of his offers are always out of date

MARTIN was on the morning telly last week, telling people about how to send parcels cheaply. He said for under 5 kilos the ordinary Royal Mail is best, but 5 to 20 kg I 'THINK' he said myhermes.

There was another postal service too that I can't remember. Maybe someone on here can.

But basically, he said that a few companies do heavy packages for a third of the price of royal mail or even less.
