slow cooker chicken help - made a mistake!

I need some advice please!
I got one of the half price chickens from morrisons last night. Cut the breasts and legs off and froze.
The carcass and wings etc, I chucked in the slow cooker with 3 pints of water overnight to make stock and shred the rest of the chicken off to make risotto tonight.
Except, ive just woke up and checked it. I switched it on the WARM setting instead of the LOW setting by accident. It has been on warm for 8 hrs, raw chicken carcass.
Will this be useless and full of salmonella now or can I switch it on high and carry on?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
