Question on Remortgage form re. Buildings insurance

Hi all,

Just filling the numerous forms to transfer my mortgage to Tesco, and I wondered if anyone could answer me a quick question -

On the 'Insurance Declaration On Remortgage form' it asks the general questions re. buildings insurance but then says:

'I/We have arranged for Tesco Bank's interest to be noted on the policy'

What does that mean? do I need to tell my Insurance company that I'm re-mortgaging?????

No, the buildings insurance should be be noted that Tesco's have a pecuniary interest in the property.
