Cen loan disburs?

Hi guys, not sure if I am posting this in the right place or not, but here goes :-)
I noticed today that there was a credit in my bank account for £13.05 with the narrative CEN LOAN DISBURS. I have no idea at all what this relates too. Has anyone else seen this? I have tried searching for it on the internet but not much luck and have contacted my bank, Im now just waiting on them getting back to me.
Anyway, hopefully someone might know something about this as I am starting to get a little concerned xx

At a guess this means "Central Loan Disbursement." I've not come across it before but wonder if it relates to a student loan? Have you recently been awarded one of these?
I also think that the NI forum might not be the place for this. You might get better results if you go to one of the banking forums on the main site.
