i know i should put this in the techy area but i won a £10 itunes voucher on the pringles instant and I'm stuck.
I've updated to whatever the recent version of itunes is, I've purchased a few songs, but how do I transfer them to my iPod? Where have they gone to, they've just disappeared. helllppp ...
I hate itunes. i find it convoluted.

Purchase them and add the voucher code at time of purchase then DL the tunes to iTunes then sync the new tunes to your iPod.0

Ah-ha. I couldn't find how to get back to view the ipod section. I've run the sync but they haven't appeared on my ipod0

Yes! Thank you! I'm sure I looked in there first and they hadn't appeared. I remember now, click on the arrow and add them.
I always get stuck with itunes. If I haven't used it for a while I forget how to add to the iPod. The itunes 'help' isn't very helpful!
Thanks again! :A0 -
You're welcome! I've never liked iTunes (switched to Spotify when I got my S3 mini), but Dad still uses it (iPad) hence the voucher win and having a relatively up to date knowledge (ask me anything more in depth and I'll look at you blankly! lol).February wins: Theatre tickets0

I love Spotify, I've found some bands on there that I wouldn't know existed otherwise. I only have that on the PC though, I begrudgingly use iTunes for my iPod when I'm in the car.0 -
Fair enough.
Yeah, Spotify is awesome! It's all the old tunes I come across that I love!
Do you have an android phone? If so, you can use Spotify on that, and then you won't need the iPodFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
I don't, I just have a normal mobile (are they a rarity these days?), although I always enter comps for a new phone0

I use manual as the blasted itunes auto has a mind of it's own!
I just drag stuff across when ipod connected to PC
Not sure if purchased list includes those done via pc - but check for the cloud symbol on your ipod (purchased list)0 -

You can have automatic downloads between devices
I prefer the stick mp3 players as they work like a (drag/drop) hard-drive and play most formats.
Itunes don't like alternative files (WMA etc.) and have to use their carp interface!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0
