I think Tesco have started selling bikes, other places would be halfords, not cheap proberbly, try local bike shops they are always the best for advice. Theywill be able to measure your daughter correctly and advise the bike that will last her the longest before needing to replace it with a bigger one. don't just look for bikes with stabalisers it is normally possible to fit them to any bike.
ToysRus also sell bikes.0 -
We have not got DD's bike yet - but a friend bought her daughters 1st bike... she gave me a few tips - stabalisers, make sure they are just above the ground not on the ground as this can make the bike topple on uneven ground, brakes, get them set/set them half way so little one can pull it. My friend actually said going to an independant person was fab & she found out so much compared to ToysRus, halfords etc.
Hope this helps
