Floors Online Bust??

Hi, not sure if this is the correct section of the site for this, but I've recently ordered £800 worth of flooring from floorsonline.co.uk. Their communication has been good up until this week, when the delivery was due. Website 'down for maintenance' phones ringing out and emails bounced as undeliverable.

I fear the worst, but has anyone heard what is going on with this company?

Certain sections of it are, but the response from typing their basic web address is 'site down for maintenance'. I sent them a message in the 'contact us' section yesterday. No reply as yet and phones still ringing out.

I had a delivery Saturday from Simon who is one of the managers..i need extra skirting - I too cannot get hold of them on 3 numbers I have -- as said always very good, strange he never said Saturday but I too fear worst!

just found out from a shop next door they went into liquidation on monday

Can someone point me in the direction of where I can confirm legally that floorsonline are in liquidation ...
I called companies house and they said that Tredmark (parent) is an active trading company (they couldn't find FOL) ... having said that companies house only needs to be told within 14 days ....

all I know from this other neighbouring company is staff turned up Monday and were sent home...and that floors online and parent tredmark numbers are just ringing out.

We also seem to be a victim of this company
Ordered 23 packs of flooring on the 25th November and had a delivery date of 28th 29th nov both days nothing turned up Friday afternoon after a phone call they said they were waiting for stock to come in, and it would be delivered Monday. Well Monday come and we did have a delivery but it was 15 packs of walnut floor and not 23 oak packs,or the accessories we ordered, the delivery driver said there was no other wood on his load so it was correct in his eyes, so we kept the delivery and have tried to ring fol and tredmark who are not answering web sites are down and local company's have told me they are closed and shutters down, so now were stuck with a floor which is wrong size and wrong colour and out of pocket, to make things worse it was paid on a debit card and not a credit card so there is no way of claiming against the company..

Any advise on this would be great fully accepted
