Going from part time to full time

With all being well i am expecting my role to be made full time come the new financial year. Do employers pay at the current rate of pay or is it normal for them to reduce the wage a little with the hours increased? For example say i am on £12848 currently on part time hours going by that ratio i'd be on about £29940
Just wondering if anyone from experience or knowledge has any information on this?

Seriously, it depends on the employer, the job, the person...many many aspects.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -

In my organisation part time roles are always advertised at £x 'pro rata'. This strongly suggests that if you change your hours you could expect to change the fraction of the full wage and keep the same hourly pay. How is your salary described in the contract/offer letter if yous till have it or have you seen other part time jobs advertised by your employer? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
