Reverse turning a job down?
Friend of mine got offered two jobs and obviously turned the other down. She is now thinking she has made the wrong choice as new job is not quite what she thought...
Any suggestions? Could she email HR dept or is this not a done thing?

She could call HR (this is important enough to warrant a call, not an email), but she should be prepared for them refusing due to a) a lack of commitment or b) someone else already accepting the job.

unless your friend was absolutely amazing and their options were minimal no HR in their right mind would re-offer as she is blatently going to jump at the earliest opportunity.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
