Hi guys
Is there any official complaint procedures for Twitter comps breaking rules?
Yesterday HTC had a guess comp but the way that they have chosen the winner is completely unfair, also there were no T&C's

I missed that comp, what happened, why was it unfair? :-(Starting afresh - comping as much as poss!
Hoping for: some beauty goods, clothes, amazon vouchers, anime, manga, wardrobe, fridge freezer, laptop, an ipad, vouchers for next, exercise goods, a uk break and a wee hol somewhere nice!
Wishing all a little luck:beer:0 -
The winner was announced as someone who answered the complete wrong answer, then when it was pointed out the original winner said 'I think xx should win instead' and then HTC announced that person as the winner (obviously the guys friend)0

These seem to be the tweets:

->missing the original announcement
https://twitter.com/D_Koles/status/407668952496865280
and then if you read the first winner's statuses you see the rest of the story play out. There's a good chance it's a big misunderstanding.
I haven't gone through the entry tweets, but it is certainly possible that the second winner was randomly chosen, though it is weird for the first winner to name him specifically.0
