Loan Letter to Bank

Is there a standard letter that I should send to the bank when I'm unable to make my loan payments (Barclays). My husband said that he spotted something on this site but I can't find it. The 'call centre' of the bank have been trying to contact me but it's difficult because I have now moved away from the UK and the calls keep cutting out all the time.

Help please…I'm missing payments and need to sort out my debt!

    Hi

Have a look at national debtline website. Their sample letters include letters for offering token payments or pro-rata reduced payments.
