    :rotfl: Westie, oops!

The niece of the carpet incident also wrote on her (cream) roller blind a few months ago. To deflect suspicion she wrote her twin sisters' name and denied all knowledge although my sister eventually caught her out. I think she's a fledgling evil genius - it wouldn't have occurred to me at 6yo to write someone else's name in case I got caught! :rotfl:

I'm only telling you all this to cheer you up...

At least your 3 year old didn't, loudly, tell your elderly neighbours:

    "Mummy's wearing red pants and they're see-through."

    They avoid me now!!!

I kept meaning to tell you this one which you might enjoy or at least sympathise with!

When Luca was about 18 months, 2 of his favourite words were "frog" and "clock".... but unfortunately both of them he had a rather.. er.. dodgy pronunciation ... frog sounded a lot like the f-bomb and clock sounded like.. well, clock without the L!!

so one day we're in a restaurant and lo&behold.. on the wall.. they have a clock shaped like a frog and we had to sit for the whole meal with him shouting random variations of f*** and c***
god knows what people must have thought we were raising!:rotfl::o:rotfl::o xx

Glad your head is feeling better Lilty Im must say my bed ridden pill popping day yesterday has made my head feel less like its been drowned in murky pond water with a throw of cloudiness...

I have now migrated on to the sore throat and no voice stage... but I do feel hungry today which means something is working and making me feel slightly more human, rubbish cold - has taken three days of my life....

yay for hazelnut coffee, think I will go for caramel when I make the venture out of my sick bed...

MeanO out the mouth of babes as they say, bit like when they say "look at that fat lady", which has happened to me with my niece, which I promptly said "oh yes" and moved her on quickly

Levi that did make me laugh could see the frog shaped clock coming before I read it lol

LOL Levi bless you. I tend not to get embarrassed by these things as I find it hilarious and am an obstinate so and so who doesn't really care what people think... hence usually it is me saying things rather than Jellytot. Walking to the soft play last week, we came past 2 women who split in front of us. One continued to walk her disgustingly and depressingly obese labrador past us and the other went to her car. As we walked past them jelly was saying 'doggy, it's a doggy!' and I just said rather loudly, yes Ellie that doggy is far too fat and it makes us sad doesn't it. Him was dying with embarrassment. I'm terrible. When I grew up in Nottingham everyone often remarked how amazing it was that I had not yet been stabbed or shot by some random I insulted in the street...

Me&O bless O, what a little trooper. Least your neighbour hasn't been extra friendly with you ever since ;);)

Am on my 'lunch break' at work. Have read a few pages of my book and am just responding on here then whizzing back to continue my mountain of work.

On top of the payable amount earlier in the week from TCB, I had another £3.52 available today so have requested a payout for that. I also earned 5.4% on works stationary order this morning and that has tracked as £9.16 :D :T

    Off I pop. xx

    Hi...

Sorry peoples. I have had a nightmare couple of days at work. Following my post during my 'lunch' of all of 5 minutes yesterday, I left the office an hour late and then went in 45 minutes early this morning, working through lunch again and was forced out of the door at 5 so the key holder could lock up. I got through the work my boss wanted me to complete before 12... by 4:45. :wall: - everything that could go wrong did go wrong and I was probably the most stressed I have ever been. To be honest I might still be there now if there wasn't a door locking issue to worry about. As it is, I am glad the decision was taken from my hands! I do give an unfair representation of the amount of work that can be completed in 3 days when I turn up early, leave late and don't lunch. Meanwhile everyone else rolls in on time, takes a full hours lunch, and leaves at bang on 5, 5 days a week. Ah well.

Westie I got it but I just banged them in the cupboard. I don't do much of anything on work day evenings, and especially not this week. Maybe when I have bought some more veg this weekend!

Today not a SFD. Taxi to work and grabbed lunch from Mr T Express on the way and made sure I had plenty of snacks and something breakfasty.

Right, Jelly up again. I am off. xx
