My ex currently pays me £35 a week maintenance through the CSA when this was calculated it took into account that he was paying for another child (not mine)
However the other child is now 18 and has left school - does the payment get reassesed in this instance?
Thanks in advance for any help.

He used to get an "allowance" of 15% for the older child; since they have left school you can ask for re-assessment based on 100% of his salary not 85%.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

As I read it he had 2 qualifying children, so was assessed at 20% split between 2 cases. If the older child is no-longer in education he should be reassessed at 15% for your child.0
