Last night when I tried it came up with an error, then when tried it again it said you can only purchase one per account and to check in your vouchers but there was none there. This morning I got the same message so checked and there was my voucher . It had gone through last night but I think because of the number of people trying it was having the same problems it did with the amazon ones.

absolute nightmare.

tried on my wifes ipad and on my phone last night on the app. failed continually.

However this morning i note that both accounts show no vouchers but both bank accounts show 2 x £5 transactions on each. contacted bank who confirmed £20 across accounts. then contacted bespoke who told me they were aware, i could try again to get the vouchers and that the rogue transactions would not be completed and the £20 would be cleared back to me in 3 - 5 days :mad::eek:

I had been struggling for ages - I tried for about an hour last night and then half an hour this morning. I then logged out and used a different card - got through straight away!

Tried for ages last night using visa credit and debit, no luck. Then worked first time this morning with Mastercard, might help someone.

And again on another account, Visa didn't work Mastercard did.
