Woolwich contact number?

Hi - is anyone else having a problem getting through to the Woolwich? I noticed yesterday my 2 direct debits to the Woolwich for my mortgage had vanished - I rang Santander and they say they have finished! (I've still got over 10 years left)...I just cannot get through to the Woolwich - tried twice yesterday and was on hold for over half an hour one time and an hour the 2nd time. Tried again before and on hold for half an hour. They are only open until 5.30pm and I'm in work so really difficult to keep trying for such long times. Anyone else have a different number for existing mortgages? Thanks!
