I don't understand, if my account wasn't verified then why did they allow me to deposit and play money? Nor do I understand why they want photocopies of my ID. They're not getting it, they already have my bank details so who's to say there's not something a little fishy going on here.
Anyone else registered with them and found an email like this?
Thanks, Joanne.

Run a mile! Good for you for not getting sucked in. Even if it is from them, doesnt mean that the person sending the email is going to use the information legitimately.Mummy to two girls, 4 & 1, been at home for four years, struggling to contend with the terrifying thought of returning to work.0

I'd consider Gala to be more upmarket than jackpot joy, and they've never requested anything like this from me.
I don't know what it is, but there's a bad feeling lingering around that email.Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:

Have you won a large amount of money from the site. I know someone in the chat mentioned having to send of various id to prove who they were before a big pay out.
But I agree with liz send it to abuse@jackpotjoy.com to see if it is a scam
