How can I find out what our affordibility is so we know what kind of house price range to look for?

    what do you mean

    maybe you mean that you need to work out a realistic budget that includes all your costs and then see how much you have to spend on a mortgage.. so work out a budget that includes everything you spend (including all the yearly and oneoff costs ) and see whats left... feel free to post here and see that people say.

    Post your incomes for a start and we can tell you what maximum you can borrow.
