Post office mortgage Scotland home buyer report

Looking for advice, just about to apply for a post office mortgage ltv 90% not a first time buyer. Had an agreement in principle, so the house I'm buying has a home report with mortgage valuation that's dated within the last 3 months. Do I still have to pay for another valuation via post office? Going to phone tomorrow, just wondering if any of you knew about it already? Also an opinions on post office mortgages.
